== Biography ==
Dr. Sunggon Kim is a Chair of the Korean Organizing Committee for UN International Day of Peace.
Currently, Dr. Kim is Honorary President of the Asian Conference of Religions for Peace and a chairman of the Peace Corp.
Dr. Kim has a distinguished career spanning more than three decades as a peacemaker, politician and professor (Ph.D. Temple University).
He served as a representative in the 15th, 17th, 18th and 19th National Assemblies and a Secratary-General of the 32th National Assembly. He is also currently a Chief Head of Seoul Peace Education Center and a Chair of MPPU of Korea.
